Hamza Zrif

Hamza Zrif was born in Fez, Morocco where he developed a strong foundation in both academic excellence and personal discipline. He completed his Baccalaureate in Physics, which laid the groundwork for his technical career. Driven by a passion for innovation and communication, he went on to qualify as a Telecom Engineer, building expertise in modern communication systems and technology.

In addition to his professional career, Hamza is an entrepreneur and the owner of his own businesses in both Morocco and South Africa. Through his business ventures, he demonstrates leadership, vision, and a strong commitment to economic empowerment, while creating opportunities within the communities he serves.

Alongside his professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, Hamza has always been deeply committed to sports and physical development. As a dedicated sportsman, he has been actively involved in professional football and as fitness personal trainer, inspiring others to pursue healthy, disciplined lifestyles. His athletic background reflects his values of perseverance, teamwork, and resilience.

Hamza is multilingual, speaking French, Arabic, Spanish, and English, which enables him to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and serve effectively in international environments.

Hamza is married to Naomi and together they share a strong commitment to humanitarian work within their NGO Organization Higher Call Helping Hands. Hamza plays an active and hands-on role within Higher Call Helping Hands, operating in Township Walmer, South Africa.

Within the NGO, he contributes to a wide range of impactful community initiatives, including:

* Sports coaching for youth development

* Emergency aid and crisis support

* Rebuilding Shacks 

* Distribution of food parcels

* Supporting the Soup kitchen program

* Implementation of sanitary toilet solutions for vulnerable families

* rebuilding of shacks, medical assistance, and practical support 

* And together with partner J-Dutch Foundation Hamza will be the ground worker of the futures development of essential infrastructure, such as a Doctor’s Clinic, Ambulance Service, and Safe Shelter

Through his combined technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, athletic discipline and humanitarian dedication, Hamza Zrif continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families facing hardship, bringing hope, structure, and opportunity to the communities he serves.
